Having interested myself in entomology and especially in odonata, I dared to work in systematic gender review Erythrodiplax (Odonata: Libellulidae), in order to evaluate taxonomic and phylogenetic values of morphological characters in some gender corporal regions, and to provide hypothesis about phylogenetic relationships between species in the group. We also want to explore, geometrical morphometric in wing and genital characters. Although it is a complex group, the help of experts including Melissa Sánchez Herrera who has made it possible for progress to be made in techniques. The thesis was awarded a meritorious mention.
